Good and Bad
Pets Best Pet Health Insurance saves our family money, however I do hope they will consider adjusting the amount they pay claims for wellness plans. They currently don’t cover enough for all the vaccines/preventative measures which I deem unacceptable in a wellness plan

Awful Insurance
I have a healthy puppy. I have purchased the top tier insurance with pets best. It is AWFUL!! Everything is denied and if it's not denied, it's covered very minimally. I pay a lot monthly to have next to nothing covered. Being a puppy, he has eaten a few things that have given him parasites at different times in the last 18 months. Each incident has been completely unrelated to the last yet I am denied every time and told it is because he already had parasites when I adopted him so it's now considered an existing condition. What!? It is not the same infection. Good grief! I will be canceling my pets best insurance!

Best decision I've ever made for my dog. ManyPets never gives me trouble when I submit a claim. I've had multiple claims for my labrador and the instructions they give are very easy. Everything is so simple to navigate too. I would recommend them to anyone!
