Easy Process

It was a really easy experience in singing up and with the immediate coverage for my pup it gives me less to worry about for his future. I know now that if something happens we'll be able to take care of our dog and not worry so much about the cost.
It is so nice to know that Trupanion is always there when I need them. Insurance claims are supposed to be a bad experience. Complicated, lengthy, frustrating. Well, Trupanion didn't get that memo. Reimbursement are embarrassingly easy. The form to fill out is short, easy, and clear. Their communication with me is prompt and cheerful. In my experience, their claims review process is amazingly quick. Reimbursement deposited directly into my bank account. We've been clients since 2010 and their customer service has been superb. Every person I've interacted with there has been helpful and personable. (And, oh yes, their rates and policies are more than reasonable, in my opinion!) I think they're doing a lot of things right, and would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone whose family member just happens to be a pet!
