Waste of Money
Nothing I submit is covered and I will probably try to cancel for the 3rd time. My deductible is so high now I'll be paying for everything myself anyway so what do I need your coverage for

Good experience.
I have not had experience as of yet. The representative was extremely knowledgeable. Just wish $$$ was less for regular check ups. Also I think the activation fee should have been waived since I was already enrolled in a 3 month trial.

I have phoned Trupanion three times today in the space of 15 minutes from Australia.
I have phoned Trupanion three times today in the space of 15 minutes from Australia. Each time the line dropped out. I could not read the PDF attachments sent to me about my claim, through the member portal. Why? Docs were garbled/illegible. I needed to chase-up/phone T to email these unreadable docs. Additionally, this online claim submitted through the T member portal was lost and unable to be located in the system, despite confirmation from Trupanion the claim was received, stating "Our claims team will be in touch as soon as we've opened your claim", which never eventuated. My experience to-date has been unduly stressful and extremely time-consuming, in what appears to be three counts of inefficiency and/or system failures.
