Everything thing is a preexisting condition. Your denial just says because of a preexisting condition. I then have to ask for an explanation for the determination. The explanation is weak at best.

Happy and relieved!
I’m really skeptical about all insurance so I didn’t have high expectations. BUT I had to put in our first claim for our dog and it was so easy and we did receive a reimbursement check in the mail! We were so relieved. Thank you so much Spot and I have already referred friends to you.
