Really happy with the promptness of response to my sending you my latest vet bill.

Really happy with the promptness of response to my sending you my latest vet bill. Also, when I phoned for clarification on what was necessary on my remittance form the Trupanion employee was both polite and informative. Why I do not give a score of 10 is because I question why the cost goes up a considerable amount on a yearly basis.
