love Embrace Pet Insurance the company is quick to review your claim and pay. My only issue is the amount my policy goes up each year the percentage seems too high. with that being said they are super great otherwise.

Thankful for coverage
I am thankful for the coverage and reassurance that Pets Best offers, I didn’t know I’d need it until I needed it. They are open about timelines and expectations, the coverage I chose for my dog was not the most thoughtful on my part. I wish there was a more comprehensive explanation, especially for first time pet owners when choosing the right coverage. Otherwise, thankful I have it.

very satisfied. We have utilized Embrace for years. It can seem expensive - that is until you have an opportunity to make a claim and then appreciate their help. Making claims is very straightforward and their response time is reasonable. No claim we have made has been rejected. We have run up against the annual benefit limit, but that is per policy.

"Preexisting condition"
I adopted my latest shelter dog in August 2024, needless to say she was a mess and the vet noted she would benefit for some anti-anxiety meds as needed to settle her, due to her trauma of long distance transport (24 hours in a crate). This was in September 2024 After some behavior training that was working along with the first "short term" antianxiety, the vet advised switching her to long term therapy, this was October, same month that I applied for insurance which occured AFTER the insurance kicked in. Now because she had the short-term therapy as needed (the firs med is only given as needed) first, to get her settled in, the long-term therapy is now considered a "preexisting" condition. Wow, Nationwide, seems a bit slight of hand to me and quite frankly, considering it is 10.00 a month that you will not reimburse, tells me all I need to know about how much you "care". I will be dropping you ASAP. Apparently Nation wide is NOT on your side.
