I had to take my dog to the ER last night and am so grateful to have coverage through Prudent Pet. I have been with them for nearly 3 years now and I am so happy I chose them. When I called for a quote, the gal spent an hour on the phone with me to answer all of my questions and explain everything so I understood it. She was so friendly and that's a huge reason why I chose Prudent, as it was down to two companies. I researched about 20 different pet insurance companies, and I love them because it covers holistic medicine like Acupuncture, they covered my older cat, which only one other company would have, they have customizable plans that you can choose from based on your budget and needs. You can have different coverages for each of your pets as well, since they may have different needs. They have so many benefits that others did not! It has paid for itself for the times I have had to use it, and I would never go without it! Literally, the month after I got it, my cat had to have a major procedure that would have cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket! Their turn around times for processing your claims are very quick as well with direct deposit if you choose. I also LOVE the friendly staff! I have had to call a handful of times over the phone and they are all so friendly and helpful. They do not treat you like a number and they are all animal lovers too, and many come from the industry as vet techs, and beyond. Super quick to reply via email as well. No, I am not getting paid to write this : )) I just love them so much and wanted to spread the word!

Both of the customer representatives that helped me so much and were very pleasant. I don’t remember the woman’s name that initially helped me, but Carter was so informative and explained to me the new policy I was creating when adding my new puppy, Gypsy to my plan.
