I've never had any issues with this company although I haven't had to use it until now.
I've never had any issues with this company, although I haven't had to use it until now. My vet (a VCA clinic) submitted the claim after billing me initially without it and I was happy with the result. If I hadn't had the deductible it would have been even better, but it was good. It's good to know there is some help coming with emergencies and illnesses. You pay the premiums and hope you never have to use it but if you do, then it's worth it. Thanks.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Trupanion. That said, my premium is very high compared to other dog owners i speak to, and it goes up every year at a considerable rate. At some point it will become cost prohibitive.
