Pets Best had our backs!
My beautiful girl had unknown health issues and Pets Best did not hesitate to reimburse me as we travelled to specialists and several vets for a plethora of tests. They were responsive to our claims and stood by our contract. I am thankful to have had them by our side. Our girl passed over the rainbow 🌈 bridge and they were immediate and kind in refunding the unused premium we paid. Thank you Pets Best, you made our search for an answer possible.

I have had Embrace pet insurance for years! Luckily up until recently I have not needed to use it. I am writing this review based on the refund time I received! It was a few costly trips to the very, and they refunded it within a few days! I know people who say they waited a month minimum with other companies. This is how you support your customers! I actually had to get him surgery today and used the refund money to pay for it until I get it refunded as well! Great customer service, highly recommend

Unethical Rate Increases
This company raises rates SIGNIFICANTLY every year, especially as your pet ages when you actually start to need the insurance the cost becomes unreasonable. They give you corporate answers as to why they’re increasing rates despite claiming they want the best for pets. Do yourself a favor and do a quick search about HealthyPaws rate hikes and you’ll see why people choose to leave them. Hopefully someone decides to investigate soon.

We’ve had Met Life 2 years or so, excellent experiences, easy online processing, claims reimbursed within a week or so , very important customer service is great . Easy to submit! Prompt responses!
We have used Healthy Paws for 7 years and have been extremely satisfied! It is very easy to submit claims, responses and reimbursement turn around time is so fast! Our lab recently had ACL surgery and the day after I submitted the claim the reimbursement was approved and put into our direct deposit soon after. Correspondence is efficient and friendly!

I thought submitting claims might be a hassle but it wasn't. I took a picture of my itemized invoice. I got reimbursed to my care credit card about 2 business days later. That simple! I would definitely recommend Pet's Best insurance.
