Five star company
My three year old athletic lab had sudden pain a year ago in her front paw. At first we thought she broke her sesamoid bone(which she did). It turned out that there was an enlarging bone cyst. She had expensive imaging and ultimatley had to have the toe removed. She runs agility and runs with me every morning. Her pain with walking is now gone. Having the peace of mind that she had insurance coverage decreased the stress immensely. Trupanion was so easy to work with. Claim submission was clear and easy. My daughter who is a veterinarian recommended Trupanion. I am so grateful for this company.

I give a 7 because there is always pros and cons to insurance I have to have an extremely high deductible to even afford to pay for the insurance and then the cost keeps going up.
I give a 7 because, there is always pros and cons to insurance, I have to have an extremely high deductible to even afford to pay for the insurance and then the cost keeps going up. Which almost priced me out but I phones they realized I was paying the wrong amount so for this year I can stay.

Bc it’s really difficult for me to connect all the same occurrences .
