Love our pet insurance
After losing my beloved dog Max to lymphoma cancer, we decided after getting a new puppy named Poppi, that we would get pet insurance so should we ever face a life and death diagnosis again it would help make our decisions easier. We chose this company after taking to another pet owner during Max's surgery when she told us how wonderful Pets Best insurance is. She was right so far we are very pleased they have covered our new puppy's care. We did purchase their best well care program through Pets Best
Terrible service, money wasted
They never pay claims, they always find a way to avoid it. It's the worst service I know; paying for this is practically a charity.
Excellent service to get started
The representative I spoke to was very helpful. Answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Very simple process. I hope our pet never needs the insurance, but we are grateful that she now has it, just in case.

I have been with Trupanion since 2010
I have been with Trupanion since 2010! Rusty is my 3rd pet I’m insured with. My baby has heart disease and Trupanion is always by my side. I recommend it to every pet owner. I don’t particularly like the increases in my monthly payments cuz I’m not working but they always do the right thing for me and my fur baby! With insurance I can always do the right thing for my pet, my baby. I never question taking him to veterinarian because I’m confident Trupanion will be with me! I Highly recommend Trupanion pet insurance company for all pets!

I’ve really appreciated having pet insurance through MetLife — filing claims has always been easy, and their app is wonderful! But I’m absolutely shocked and upset by how much my premium just increased. It didn’t just double or triple — it went up by five times! That’s outrageous and completely unfair. Its like a scam. They cover you until your pet gets sick, then they raise your premium so high you can't afford it. Now I’m stuck: either I pay this massive amount or lose coverage altogether. My dog was recently diagnosed with a disease, which now counts as a pre-existing condition — meaning no other insurance will cover it. This just feels wrong.

Oh Pepper!
Our black lab gave us a huge scare. I had to navigate her care late on a Friday evening almost 3 weeks ago. With nervousness on her well being and knowing the huge monetary commitment, I was so relieved that I had opened up accounts for both of my dogs 4 years ago. Thank you for your support.
