I have used Trupanion with other pets I have always been treated with courtesy and respect.
I have used Trupanion with other pets, I have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Any issues I have had were always resolved. With my last pet when I had to cancel when my pet died. I was treated with such kindness. I knew for sure my next pet would be insured with Trupanion.

It’s all about clear communicaton
Excellent communication, clear, concise and very easy to understand. Staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly. He carefully listened to my questions and was very patient waiting for me to find the required documentation. Those attributes are all very reassuring to a new pet owner.

All questions asked and answered to satisfaction, all claims acknowledged quickly via email. It would behoove all companies to follow Trupanion's business model.

Negative billing process
The billing process was very confusing. We paid up at the pet hospital, got an email from Trupanion that all was finished, and then weeks later we get a call saying our bill is overdue. Awful feeling.
