Bad first impression
My first interaction with Embrace was a negative. I called to tell them I received a post card with supposed enclosure key fob that had medical history & insurance information for my dog however , the fob was missing . I was supposed to get 24 hour follow up with an update for a new fob & 5 days later I am still waiting .

Great Customer Service
The gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable, also very empathetic to the fact my dog is older, but in relatively good health. However, I need insurance as I have a very small income, and can't afford big vet bills, which are likely to come up as she ages!!

Multiple issues with Figo
Multiple issues with Figo. My claim for one of my dogs was denied as Figo claimed it was an existing condition although my dog had never had a blood blister/scab on the middle of his back. A cyst was found under the scab. No where in his medical history did he have a blood blister/scab on the middle of his back with cyst. Furthermore, Figo has made it very difficult to get my claims paid out. Claims paid in the past were easier to get paid out than recent claims with the same and/or less documentation provided. It appears Figo doesn't like to pay claims once they have paid a large amount of money associated with claims.
