I liked Erin but I feel upset with trupanion so I am not 100% happy with the service

I like dealing with you guys and feel you are honest and fair in coverage and don’t try to nickel and dime.
I like dealing with you guys and feel you are honest and fair in coverage and don’t try to nickel and dime. I am disappointed by the huge increase in monthly fees. I must say that when I do recommend you people have responded that you are too expensive.
I heard a lot of recommendations for this company and I like that they get back to you within a few days with an answer for a claim.
I heard a lot of recommendations for this company, and I like that they get back to you within a few days with an answer for a claim. My breeder provided me with a code to have a month trial with the company. While I was at the vet for an emergency visit, they allowed me to call Trupanion to see if they would cover a test. The rep didn't know a lot of the answers and had to put me on hold until they could ask someone who did. This experience doesn't really make me very comfortable moving forward with a full subscription with the company.
I have nothing against Trupanion but I have been paying this premium for about 16 years now and even though it started out at a small premium I am now paying over $114 per month and have only had a claim of over $200.
I have nothing against Trupanion but I have been paying this premium for about 16 years now and even though it started out at a small premium I am now paying over $114 per month and have only had a claim of over $200. in all these years. When my dog is gone if I get another one I would put about $30. per month in a bank account for that specific reason. If it isn't used at least I'm getting something for my money.
