They rock 😻
Always have nothing but fantastic reviews for them. They’re there for you 24/7 to make things extremely easy for you. Especially submitting a claim. Someone is there to go step by step if you need them. Some animal hospitals offer reimbursement upon checkout. I will confess that they are a bit pricey but you definitely get what you pay for. I always recommend them!

Customer service is superior! We have three dogs and six cats covered! We may have the record for the most fur babies covered with MetLife. We have been very pleased with our coverage! Submitting claims can be a challenge on the website! The claims were paid mostly in a timely manner. Great company for multiple pets!

Another Excellent Trupanion Experience!
Trupanion approved the Veterinary Emergency charges immediately. And they paid the Veterinary directly, so no money out of my pocket exept for my deductible and co insurance costs. I have used Trupanion for 11 years and they have been excellent. They always have my back!
