Fixed mistake
They did not reimburse me the proper amount when I first filed a claim, but once I called customer service, they acknowledged the mistake right away and processed the claim again.

Crazy rate hikes; look for another insurance
I've been with HealthyPaws for 9 years for my two cats and they keep raising the rates, and each time the hikes are ridiculous. I started around $60/mo for two cats and that's been going up over time. Now I just got another email that they're going to hike it further from $90/mo up to $190/mo. Criminals.

Definitely could have been a little…
Definitely could have been a little easier to find all of the pricing for initial pricing and what I was being charged, but other than that, my experience was good!
