i paid for coverage that they won't cover
I had two older claims that I had not put in. i have had this insurance since 2017 and have paid every month. now I am being told that even though I paid for the coverage, since I didn't file in time it is being denied. I don't think that is even legal.

I’ve had a good experience with this pet insurance company. Make sure you get it when you first get your dog. Don’t wait or you’ll have pre-existing conditions. I have it on both my dogs. One has a pre-existing condition of anxiety so his meds aren’t covered. They also don’t cover prescription dog food which is a major bummer because ifs so expensive. So consider that if signing up with them. But it’s been good so far! I’ve had the insurance for 2 years and we won’t be without it.

Simple interface however lacks options…
Simple interface however lacks options such as 90% reimbursement and $100 deductible. Also hard to tell whether your policy covers drugs/medications.
