I purchased the Pet insurance to cover having to take him for a wellness check within 48 hours of purchasing him. This is my first experience of getting my new fur baby and no one walked me through all the details of what I should do and not do regarding getting him checked out because it was expensive to have purchased and to pay out of pocket for a wellness check within 48 period it was very confusing and I felt overwhelmed after trying to submit the reimbursement for my expenses for the wellness checks and the follow ups I had only had him for 2 days. To learn that none of my claims were not paid it is a waste of money what am I paying a monthly subscription for if I’m not going to be reimbursed for my out of pocket I’m paying twice that doesn’t seem right. Just being honest this is all new to me I never received a call back when I tried to get help with understanding what Pumpkin really does and the true benefit of what I’m paying for. Thanks
