Easy and
Easy and Affordable Daniel was a pleasure to talk to. Every little bit of insurance helps. Vets can be pricey. Although there's a deductible of $250 and 80% is covered, it's much better than paying a whole vet bill! I also paid my one time payment for the year, but they offer monthly payments.

PetsBest was a lifesaver for a recent unexpected illness for one of our pups, which required an overnight at the ER. Knowing we had PetsBest support allowed us act quickly and make sure our pup got the care he needed to bounce back quickly. Our claim was reviewed promptly and fairly. Buddy Re-Insured again 🐕😁
We are extremely satisfied with our insurance we had on 2 Lab-Retrievers. HOWEVER, sometime over past year, we lost coverage on Buddy, just re-insured. WE believed we usually pay by AUTO-DEDUCT. Then Nationwide dropped his coverage without us knowing. We even submitted 2 0r 3 visits for re-imburse. We did not know he was dropped! Until about 6 months afterwards. We wee extremely distraught after Buddy lost his coverage. But now things are looking a little better since he will be covered if any UNPLANNED emergency happens to our little Buddy 🐕😁. So for now, we are cautiously optomistic, Thank You all!!!

Extremely nice agent
I filed a claim, and 50% was paid very quickly. The agent I spoke to on the phone was extremely nice, but I accidentally gave him a low grade on the post-call survey. I meant to give him a 5 but gave him a 1.
