I have neverirma used them
I have never used them. I’ve had Zorro on this insurance since I rescued him when he was a baby 9 1/2 years ago a pup only thing the insurance has gone up. I also have Monty. It took a while to get my money back with Monty, but I got it no problem I still have the same insurance for both And and I will keep them on this insurance.

The claim response is really quick
This insurance is really quick. I never have to call for anything. Pretty straightforward. Upload your invoices and wait a few days. I have yet to receive a full 90%, but I think it varies due to the VET prices on specific procedures, which makes sense. I think they take the average of others. Ex. the rabies vaccine was $60 at my vet, they reimbursed $20. That was an average of the others (vets) around.

My tiny Maltipoo has had many problems over the years. She is 14 years old now. I'm so glad I chose Met Life insurance for her. They have covered many claims for her. If any claim was denied, the reason for nonpayment was made clear to me.
