Responsiveness, excellent communication, easy to understand forms
Trupanion was recommended to me by my routine vet, Culbreth, Carr and Watson in Rome, GA.
I have been pleased with the promptness and clarity of the claims for Duke, who has osteosarcoma. He had to have his leg and shoulder amputated, is undergoing chemotherapy and hopefully will be with us a while longer. Having the insurance has helped tremendously. I am retired and could not afford the cancer treatment without Trupanion coverage.

Healthy Paws has provided exceptional Service
Healthy Paws has provided exceptional service ever since our Standard Poodle was diagnosed with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. We have been working with Healty Paws for over a year. Our primary Vet Dr. Brian Reister referred us to Animal Dermatology Clinic in Portland OR. and we have submitted claims from both of these Vets. Healthy Paws always provided prompt and caring service.

Trupanion do really care. They are always there for me when Cooper is sick ❤️❤️🐾
Trupanion has always been there for me when Cooper got sick. I had the time to totally focus on my doodle and Trupanion were there in literally minutes to take away some of the pressure. I cannot say enough good about this Company. They are the top, the best in my dealings. Love you Trupanion! I feel I should add that no one is paying me for this report. It comes from my heart when you are dealing with a dog that will have this condition for his life you appreciate a Company like Trupanion!
