I spoke with an outstanding ,patient and caring reprehensive when I was having an issue with my password. She walked me thru the process and took the time to listen to me about the losses of my sister and my dog within a few weeks of each other. Thank goodness for spot the claim process was great and the service was great. My only complaint was I completed to direct deposit and still my reimbursement was mailed. And I’m still waiting

Biggest waste of money in my life
Biggest waste of money in my life, even with the USAA discount. There are plenty of other pet insurance options that will give you more for less. If I were smart I would have just put aside a small chunk of my savings strictly for my dogs health.
