All four of our dogs are covered
We have four of our dogs insured and have had great success with coverage. Our claims get assigned a person to review right away and for the most part we get resolution within a day or two. When we need further assistance, the care team is always kind, knowledgeable and efficient. We've had other coverage from different providers and never had the level of approvals and quick reimbursement that we get here.
My cat Jojo got a breathing issue; we did not know why, so we had to get x ray and ultrasound and Fetch paid 80 percent of the cost, which helped us a lot. I wish they would cover 90 percent. Anyhow, I recommend Fetch makes the repayments on time and inform us about the process.
Fetch has been fantastic (and I'm an insurance skeptic by nature)
I am an insurance skeptic by nature. However, I signed up for Fetch when I adopted my kitten from the SPCA. The little rascal had an accident and broke his arm. I've had to submit several Fetch claims for the initial vet visit, subsequent re-bandaging appointments after-hours (he slipped out of the splint and bandage), medication and several sets of X-Rays. Each time Fetch paid within three days! I had all the necessary documents to submit each time, and the approval and payment process was smooth as silk each time. Fetch communicates very well throughout each claim's process and I'm certainly not skeptical any longer when it comes to Fetch!
This is probably the best customer experience I've had in years. I was determined to cancel my policy, but an outstanding customer service rep, Adam Altman, worked so hard to tailor a policy for my dog that I decided to stay with Fetch.
The agent on the phone was wonderful and thoroughly explained the policy and options. I called because the website wouldnt allow me to fully enroll. I look forward to future interactions and to the peace of mind insurance brings.
My cat Chili suddenly became ill mid Feb..I took him to emergency vet clinic and he stayed there for 3 days..I had to cancel my Cancun trip since we didn't get a conclusive reason for the sickness except WBC was through the roof.. they paid every bill and it is still ongoing, thank-you I am so grateful to not have to decide if I could treat him or not ¤ï
We took our Chihuahua (Poco) in for a routine teeth cleaning. During the initial testing, the doctor found some blood in his urine. The doctor investigated and found he had numerous stone like deposits in his bladder. They operated on him and removed all the he is his old self again. We have had our insurance through Fetch (formerly PetPlan) for approximately five years. I filed our first claim and Fetch settled it within the week. Outstanding service! I have recommended Fetch to all our friends and neighbors.
This review is for ADAM ALTMAN specifically, not for Fetch's over all service which has been disappointing concerning my newest policy *handling. [*A claim submitted for services in May/22 had been linked/matched IN ERROR by your system with my OLD policy which I had hastily cancelled in Feb/22. After that happened, I called Customer Service and an agent successfully transferred the claim to my NEW correct policy. However, over this last long weekend, I saw a notification that my policy, which had an active claim under review, was cancelled! I did not receive any email about this, however....and my Active Claim information which had previously appeared and which I had been following, had completely disappeared.] I phoned Customer Service and ADAM ALTMAN responded with excellent assistance in correcting this error on Fetch's part and stayed on the line with me to ensure everything appeared to be successfully rectified. He even called me back twice, immediately, at the start of our call(s) when 2 separate calls dropped off! Many thanks to you, Adam! I know you will keep up such good service for all who contact you for assistance!
