I am so happy
I am so satisfied and happy to have chosen Fetch as my dog insurance. My dog just had a surgery and he was diagnosed with oral cancer. I submitted all my bills and within less than a week they were all processed and paid. No back and forth. In one I received my reimbursement. Top service extremely please with the service. Not your typical deductible
This company skirts over the fact that your deductible is used in an untypical fashion. For a $1300 bill, they only covered $49. My deductible is $1000 and I pay 20% of the bill that’s covered. The issue is that they calculate the 80% they pay first, put your deductible towards that, and then reimburse so it’s a much smaller reimbursement than typical insurance would do. I’ll be switching back to Embrace even though my premium will be a little higher.

This was the first time I had to use the insurance. My dog had been bitten by an animal while walking on a trail and we’d gone to the emergency vet. Submitting the claim was easy and it was covered!

Fast and pleasant customer service
I have had fetch insurance for the past two year with my boxer, so when I added a new fur baby I knew I it was the right policy for her too. As I was adding the new policy, my app refreshed and sent me back to the beginning. What I did not realize, is it had already added the new policy. So, in the end, I accidentally added my new pup twice. I called fetch the next morning and spoke with Rachel. Rachel was very pleasant and immediately noticed the duplicate policy before I even needed to explain what my issue was. She quickly resolved the issue and had me on my way. This is the first time I have had to call in, and based on the quick response and action, I won't be afraid to do so again.
