Embrace for the win 😃
I’ve been with Embrace Pet Insurance for three years now, and I couldn’t be happier. I have a beautiful King Charles Cavalier—my boy—and anyone who has one knows they can be high maintenance. Embrace has been consistently supportive, responsive, and easy to work with. One of the things that really gives me confidence is their affiliation with USAA, a company I trust completely. That trust extends to Embrace. I had an issue at one point where a pre-existing condition was incorrectly applied to an injury that wasn’t related. The adjuster, Alexi Z., went above and beyond—she took the time to listen, review additional documentation, and ultimately handled everything professionally and courteously. She truly cared, and it showed. I can’t say enough good things about Embrace. I trust them completely with my boy’s care and peace of mind.

Being a new customer of Fetch, l required a bit more info regarding the Wellness portion. Bonnie was very pleasant, and answered my questions clearly. In the short time l have been a client l have been pleased with Fetch’s prompt responses, as well as the quick payment of the first claim l made. 90% Reimbursement is a Sham !!
My total bill for Ashley’s Vet Visit was 984.47 - I paid 500.00 deductible leaving 484.47 and I was reimbursed 82.85. Now this just doesn’t sit well with me. I was under the impression 90% reimbursement means I should receive 436.02. Was shocked when was told that they only pay what they feel is the appropriate charge for services provided. So think twice about using this insurance. I know I’m looking elsewhere.
