Fantastic!
I have tried many pet insurance companies through the years, and Embrace ranks at the top! Some of the prior companies I've tried would only reimburse "customary" charges - but couldn't even provide a schedule. It was a shot in the dark how much I would actually be reimbrused. I didn't need that additional concern when I was already worried about my sick pup. I am so happy I found Embrace. It is clear what will be reimbursed with Embrace. On top of that, Embrace is very prompt in claims reviews as compared to some others. Embrace provides peace of mind, exactly what a top-notch insurance company should. Bravo!

I wish you handled my personal health insurande
My shih-tzu was diagnosed with a mass in the stomach. He was admitted to hospital for three days during the new year. The vet told me he was very very sick. The bill was almost $1,400.00. I expected a refund of about $500.00. I received close to $800.00. The claim was processed quickly and I had a check within a week. I had a claim two years ago for my giant schnauzer who had a hip replacement. Again the service from Pets Best was the best. I would recoment (I have) Pets Best to all my friends with four legged friends. Thank you

A-1 Service from Trupanion
I would recommend Trupanion to anyone who asked me. My German Shepherd, Riley, has had several serious health issues in her life. She is only 18 months old but her vet bills have totaled in excess of $12,000.00. She had her first health issue when she was approximately 8 months old which was prior to us purchasing her pet insurance thru Trupanion. The total bill on this was in excess of $4,000.00 which came out of my pocket. We purchased health insurance for her just prior to her turning one year old. Since then, she has had two rather serious illnesses which totaled in excess of $9,000.00. I don't know how we would have been able to afford her care if it were not for Trupanion. They have truly been a life-saver.

Quick Claim Processing! No Complaints!
I've had Trupanion insurance on my two German Shorthaired Pointers since October, 2010. Before that we had PetFirst Insurance. I switched to Trupanion after I found out that with PetFirst illnesses/injuries filed in one policy year became pre-existing conditions (and thus were not covered) in subsequent policy years. I thought this was crazy! If my dog developed a chronic condition, under PetFirst Insurance, I would only get paid for claims filed in the first year of his illness. Therefore, I did a lot of research and switched to a Trupanion policy with no deductible. In July, 2011, Max developed a skin infection. We went to our regular vet several times and most recently to the dermatologist. All our claims were processed within 2 weeks (several within 1 week). Our most recent claim was for over $400 and Trupanion approved it without issue. When looking into insurance companies, do your homework. Trupanion does not cover routine care and vet office visit fees. However, these are small costs I can easily fit into my budget. Trupanion does cover diagnostics, medicines, surgeries, etc. These are the expensive things you buy insurance for. Therefore, I would recommend Trupanion for 3 main reasons. First, their policy is the best out there in terms of coverage. You get unlimited event/lifetime limits and coverage for most conditions.
