first time user to petsecure?
i have some other pet insurance companies that are a bit easire on the pocket, im wondering when can i cancel my membership i just signed up today?

I'm very happy with how Embrace handled my dog's claim. It was relatively quickly. I'm so glad I chose Embrace as my dog's insurance company. They kept notifying me as to the status and if they needed extra information.I'm so glad I had the insurance for my dog.

Promptly reimbursed me $3400 of a $4400 bill. This was my first claim and they paid my exactly as stated with no problems.

Fast, personal service, they really care!
My dog, Bonnie was vomiting blood and,after a few tests, it was determined she had a severe case of Giardia. The total bill was just over $700.00. Four days later, Bonnie cut her foot badly, another $700.00! Healthy Paws processed both claims very quickly and I have already been reimbursed for the first incident. The second check is already in the mail! In the meantime, Healthy Paws has contacted me to see how Bonnie has been doing! This kind of customer service is unheard of these days and I'm so pleased that I chose Healthy Paws over all the others. My cat, Mojo, had to have surgery last March to remove bladder stones and the total bill was over $2,400.00. I submitted my claim by snail mail and was reimbursed in a little over a week! I could not be more pleased with the wonderful service I have received from Healthy Paws and have encouraged all of my friends with pets to consider signing up or changing their insurance to Healthy Paws!

Trupanion has always been ther when i needed them. And.. ive needed them! From major surgerys to minor check ups, my dog is a happy healthy 9 year ol pup, and my ins. co has been a great help to me. Its made the responsibilities of caring for my dog so awesome. I love him to death and would hope i could do anything for him. They help with that.

The best
I have had so many things go wrong with my dog in the last 6 months....I had to pick a claim amount but I am not reviewing any specific claim, so I just chose a random amount. Before this year I thought Embrace was a waste of money. But I have so far had over $1500 refunded to me which is a BIG DEAL and who knows what the future holds, my dog is only 7. They are SO easy to deal with, just fax a simple form in, and get a check within weeks. I have yet to have them refuse anything even though I feel like I am faxing over forms every week (lets hope that stops). I only wish they had human health insurance!!! Consider it, Embrace! This is my third review and likely my last because I am just repeating what I have said before.....don't even consider another company!!!

Kept usinformed and quick determination
This was the first time we submitted an illness claim. We were away from home and our dog had dermatitis (hot spots). We were able to go to a vet of our choice. Since this was our first claim we needed to submit a health history from previous vet visits. We requested records be sent to Embrace from our vet and the Embrace representatives kept us up to date on the status of those records. Once they were all received, the determination was made the next day. We are very pleased with the professionalism, communication and resolution of our claim.

Maggie has lameness of her left front leg Cause unknown as of yetTrupanion has covered her adequan injections,her Xrays, and her blood work. We are very pleased with Trupanion's service to us. We continue to investigate the cause of Maggie's lameness and she has an appointment with an orthopaedic specialist Jan.30/12 and hopefully we will find the cause and hence commence treatment soon.
