since oct, dec and jan I submitted claims over 500.00 and have not recieved a penny I know its a renew date but since oct?? what is the sense of ins, if I can get reimbursed, I am low income and elderly I do not want to get rid of this dog she eats better than I do and is very loved

The company did well the first couple of claims. They were quick and accurate. The past few clams not! I am still waiting for resolution of claim from 12/28.24. Also, not sure why claim was not paid for a Urine Analysis. I understand no pre-existing conditions, but a dog can get an infection anytime.
