I have had Embrace Insurance for…
I have had Embrace Insurance for several years, I have submitted several claims but have yet to see a check. Embrace claims the vet is not providing the proper paperwork but has not explained to me what exact paperwork I need. Don't know what else to do about my max. Been a member @USAA for more than 40 years. Have never had such deplorable service.

I’ve used Embrace for my dog for about 10 years. Always easy to submit claims right through their app! Very happy that we received about 80% refund on most claims. My yorkie had many health issues and always was going to the vet or eye doctor. Submitted claims and received refunds quickly! Sad to say my baby passed away recently. But I will use Embrace again if I ever get another dog. Thank you
