They have denied some things which is to be expected with any insurance company but for the most part had had a positive experience with them regard my service dog.

Definitely worth it
My cat is very healthy, but I am still so thankful for Embrace Pet Insurance. She needed some unexpected vet care this year with testing. The claim submission process is simple and takes only minutes. They reimburse claims quickly and without effort on my part. Had I not had Embrace, I would be forced to choose between my cat's care and other (human) needs. The Wellness Benefit is also worth it, in my opinion. It takes the anxiety out of routine, annual expenses.

Unable to cancel policy - Unethical Business Practices
Unable to cancel policy with unethical business practices. You cannot cancel online, on your app, over email, or on their online form. Additionally the only way to cancel is calling 1-800-905-1595 BUT THE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. Additionally, you can't just remove a form of payment without adding a new one. The ONLY choice I had was canceling a credit card to not get charged in the future as not a single sole from the company was reachable and there IS NOT A WAY to cancel your policy.

This pet insurance is by far the best
This pet insurance is by far the best! It’s easy to begin the process of insuring your pet. When submitting a claim the process of uploading documents is extremely easy and if there’s a problem with the documents, they make it easy to correct. They don’t “nickel and dime” you regarding the diagnosis or what is acceptable for the claim to be processed. The processing of the claim is very quick and the reimbursement is done right in to your bank account. Simple and sweet!!
