This has been, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance provider. The coverage, customer service, and overall handling of my policies have been a complete disappointment. As a result, I will be canceling all of my insurance policies with your company this month and taking my business elsewhere. This is in addition to the fact that I have visited three different veterinary clinics, and every veterinarian I consulted had already warned me about the poor level of service and the difficulties associated with your company.

My rep Cristina Poulsen was very helpful and was able to explain the policy effortlessly and answering my questions clearly. I was able to fully understand and was happy with the outcome. When talking to insurance companies, it is usually extremely difficult to get a question answered, but this was a good experience.
