Very Nice
I am very pleased with the insurance so far. The prior pet insurance I obtained didn't even come close to what I'm paying for with this policy. My hope is some day that a policy could be that we would only have to pay upfront for the veterinary services as our deductible and the insurance company pays the vet directly. Sure would help the cashflow for all.

Don't Even Hesitate
ON my third dog, first time having any type of pet insurance. Looked closely at 3 different companies & due to reviews chose Embrace. Am just blown away by the follow-up & customer service they provide. If you own a pet using Embrace is one of the best decision you can make for both you and your loved animal. These guys arae GREAT!

Extremely helpful reps, fast service, fair, and hassle-free! The claim took a bit longer this time, but that's due to a transition in their computer system. Usually the claim period is super fast.

Very slow response time
I was very pleased with Embrace until my last 2 claims went way beyond an acceptable amount of time to review. It took over a month to hear their response and then when it was reviewed they denied my claim which I thought was not fair.

Best Pet Insurance
Our 2 year old Pomeranian had traumatic patellar luxation after his leg was caught in a closing door. Embrace covered costs related to diagnosis as well as the surgery. They were prompt and caring and provided not only excellent coverage but also excellent customer service. We chose Embrace after reviewing the customer reviews of many pet insurance companies and we were not disappointed. We are extremely pleased with our choice of Embrace!!

Thankful I had trupanion
Found out my tiny maltipoo didn't have an ear canal. A specialist was able to reconstruct one. The costs was well over $4000 for both vets and surgery. Trupanion paid 90 per cent. They gave me Preapproval and were prompt on getting check to me. I am so thankful I had them...
