Unbelievable - in a good way!
I am amazed at the fast turn around when I file claims for my 2 dogs. I submitted claims this morning at 10AM and I just - same day, 4 hours later - received an email that the claims had been processed already! Unbelievable!

Claims processing without a fuss
Embrace processes claims efficiently and accurately. I have had policies on my horses from companies who don't want to settle claims and try to throw monkey wrenches into the mix so you will give up the claim by requesting additional Vet farm visits which you have to pay for before they will decide to pay a claim or not. I feel very comfortable that my claims will be handled properly according to the way the company has promised.

Not happy!!!
I noticed that my $86 bill each month for my dogs doubled in June to $152. I called and they told me it is because they got a new underwriter insurance company who "re-evaluated" all of the current plans and felt that older dogs were more expensive now. My cost doubled and we are not happy.

Working with Embrace
We've had Embrace for close to 3 years on our Boxer and we continue to have consistent service. Our claim is recognized right away with an email lettting me know it's been received and how long they anticipate we will wait to see if claim is payable. I notice if it's been longer I get an email acknowledging that and apologizing, how professional. Often a little courtesy goes a long way and I appreciate the consideration. Now, if insurance companies for humans offered the same courtesy...! I'm not saying we never had to wait or contact Embrace re status of claim but I always feel like when I do someone is taking care of it.
