Great Price for Elderly Pup
Our pup is about to turn 13. Nationwide definitely has the best pricing for insurance for him (I check frequently). We have been there for years and have been mostly happy. The ability to upload the vet bills in an app is a HUGE plus and addition, it has made getting our reimbursement so much easier. The parameters of the policy are a bit complicated and sometimes there seems to be a little discrepancy in what gets paid, however it is definitely worth the peace of mind! He got cancer a couple years back and it was a life saver, literally for him and also for our bank account. We could get him the best care without as much concern for cost. Thanks, Nationwide!

Beware, they will entice you with low initial rates but jack you up later
I was initially happy with Healthy Paws and have actually referred friends. Now, I wish I hadn't. I filed a small claim a couple years ago and the process was easy and uncomplicated. I have not filed a claim since 2017. My Border Collie just turned 3 and this company just sent me my renewal rate which is 68% higher than my initial rate. This Healthy Paws will bait and switch you with low initial rates and then jack up your rates later so beware.

Nationwide has been with us all the way!
Duke's Cystotomy went well though we are needing to clean up a post op bladder infection which is not uncommon in this procedure. Nationwide has been most dependable and efficient in processing our claims in the pre-op, op and post-op phases of this procedure. Couldn't be happier.
