Nationwide has the easiest process to file a claim. So grateful it is not frustrating like most insurance companies.
I have only had nationwide insurance for about six months and have been 100% pleased with them. They did question one claim and after I answered the questions appropriately, they were satisfied and paid the claim.

A relief to have Nationwide pet insurance
My girl has starting having seizures the day after her vaccines were administered. It did not make sense that a 3 year old healthy dog was having such issues. Having Nationwide pet insurance has been such a blessing. They have helped us cover the expenses to determine why she is having the seizures and enabled us to pay for the maintenance fees to allow us to see a veterinary neurologist without spending our savings. Thank you! The claims have been easy to file and pretty quick turn around for payment. We highly recommend this service.

Have this insurance on all our adopted pets the very best there is
Over the years we have had this insurance on our cats we have lost 2 of them due to age. ASPCA has always been fair and efficient in processing our claims. They even went the extra mile and sent a sympathy card and a personal phone call to my wife. Their care and empathy was very much appreciated. Our current cat Granger is really bummed without his pal and we will adopt another cat and will always have this insurance on any of our pets

We had a pretty sick pup that had as at the vet every day for 3 days. I had some trouble filing the claim on line but once it was filed, it was processed and paid very quickly. Super helpful during this stressful time.

Best investment ever!!
I initially wasn’t going to pay for pet insurance. I thought, their shots would pretty much cost the deductible so why bother, but as I got my own insurance I figured I’d get it just in case since they were both rescue dogs & I didn’t know their history. Come to find out, our newest dog had heartworm disease. The total cost I was quoted was over $1400, so it was a big relief to know I’d be reimbursed a big chunk of it. I figured I would have to wait 30 days for my payment after filing a claim, but they had me a check within 7-10 business days & even faster when I opted in for electronic payments. This has definitely be a wise investment for my pets & I recommend any pet owner to use Nationwide for their pet’s insurance.
