Every time my cats have been in need of Vetrinary care Truepanion was there to help. No matter if it was sudden or a pre-approval request they have always responded quickly.
Every time I have had to make a claim, Trupanion is right there, promptly. It had been awhile (thankfully) that I had to place a claim. But when I did, they reviewed our submissions and I think the money was in our checking account within 1-2 days. They are professional, timely, and efficient. I love them and an so glad they are there for us if needed. I have referred so many people to them. I am a walking commercial!
