When I initially chose to enroll with Pets Best, I was uncertain about the extent to which the policy would cover a significant claim. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. My dog, Blessing, required an extensive and costly knee surgery. Despite the high expense, the procedure was necessary, so I decided to put the insurance to the test. To my relief, the claim process was smooth and efficient, and I was reimbursed for nearly the full amount, minus the applicable deductible and co-insurance. Increased policy by a couple thousand every year on top of the $400 deductible that doesn’t cover preventative care, dental, etc. They want over 8k this year & once a dog is 16 they have preexisting conditions other companies won’t cover - so embrace takes advantage of that.
