Trupanion nickle and dimes! I raised my deductible and was charged the difference at my next visit to the vet for a repeat issue. No other insurance company does this. If Trupanion didn't have my dogs knees stuck with this plan i would have dropped them a long time ago. They suck to be nice about it.
Trupanion is very easy to work with. Have have had the occasion to both send in an invoice myself and have the vet offer to send in the invoice. Both are very easy and efficient. The approval process t quick within a day or 2
Trupanion is the best, picked up Parker's prescription for his Cushing's Disease, submitted my claim by uploading my PDF receipt, the next day received an email that the claim had been approved and presto, the $$ was in our account within a couple of days. Thank You
