She was so patient and so informative !!! You guys are great! I just enrolled my 4th dog with you! first two utilized your plan to an extreme!! haha.. SO glad I had you.

MetLife is an excellent pet insurance company. I’m so glad I decided to go with their company shortly after getting my little 2 year old yorkie. The rates are reasonable, and they make submitting claims easy, and they are processed in a timely manner. MetLife also has the nicest and most helpful customer service reps you can find anywhere!

I spoke with Terica, who was extraordinarily helpful, patient, and friendly. She answered all my questions thoughtfully and didn't rush/brush me off when I got confused and asked her to reconfirm details I was trying to write down whilst we chatted. My pupper had to go to the emergency…
My pupper had to go to the emergency room twice within a short amount of time between visits. First I should have realized there would be a deductible that had to be reached. But I was pleasantly surprised Pets Best Health Insurance covered as much as they did of the second visit. Can't thank you enough!
