Still awesome!
We have had Embrace for almost 4 years now and they continue to deliver great service. We have had no hassles on claims & the claims are processed within just a few work days. The premiums did go up last year quite a bit which was worrisome - I hope they don't continue to rise. So far, I think it is still worth it in the event of a serious costly injury or illness. I would highly recommend if you're looking for pet insurance!

Peace of mind
The online claims process is easy to navigate, and reimbursement is sent quickly. I feel that the premiums charged are reasonable for the peace of mind that knowing my dog's medical needs will be covered, and I can afford to give her the best care possible. They even reached out to check on my dog after she experienced a medical emergency to see how she was doing.
Excellent Outcome
Recently experienced my first claim experience. My 12 yr old ShihTsu needed surgery to repair a ruptured disc. I had no problems submitting the claim and received notice quickly regarding the amount of money I would be reimbursed. I expect to receive my check shortly. I was very happy with the outcome. Zoey is recovering nicely and I’ll be reimbursed for the major part of the claim shortly.
