DOES NOT PAY A DIME! THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!
DOES NOT PAY A DIME!!! I hv spent months tryn to get them to approve an estimate & pay the amount do for the covered vet visits! Calling weekly jumping through all their hoops. My claim has now been sitting in the claims department desk with everything they need for three months. I don’t know how this shows that they have such a high rating. They are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with they do not care about the animal one bit. They’ll tell you they’re thankful for your continued loyalty as a customer, but they’re just thankful you’re paying the payment while jumping through all their hoops so that they don’t have to pay anything.. I have spent hours on the phone with themover the last six months! it’s become like a part-time job I have finally given up. They finally wore me down. Please do yourself a favor and do not waste your time and your money with this company. It will only bring you heartache. My next step will be the BBB.

So far, so good!
Initial visit online to gather up info was followed up by courteous emails. Trupanion was recommended by my puppy's breeder and my researxh confirmed their value. The enrollment over the phone was easy and Jackie was torough and answered all my questions. Quick process! My vet office does not take direct billing but not a major concern as the insurance does not control that aspect - the fact that Trupanion offers the option is sufficient. So far, I am satisfied.

Great service and peace of mind
I’ve only had good experiences with Pumpkin. The plan covers what I need it to cover, and their customer service is top notch. My premiums did go up a little this year but we use our plan somewhat frequently so to be expected.
