Worst insurance ever
You can’t get anything preapproved. My dog had an accident in the fires. He had a really bad limp. We have had insurance 3 months now. They denied my dogs X-rays bc it was a ccl. How were we suppose to know. So basically they told me i had to wait 6 months. I get for the surgery but they should have covered the x ray. They said they wouldn’t cover it bc it was related to a ccl. Worst insurance ever

Pets Best - always excellent in all aspects
I regularly share with others Pets Best as a PSA - while I would have paid for my dog's life saving medical needs 4 years ago (16 days in ICU, blood transfusions and dialysis), Pets Best tremendously eased the financial burden it would have placed on me by exceeding my expectations reimbursement. Since then, PB has continued to be outstanding - easy to work with, fast, sets expectations, clear in explainations. Thank you!

Just another insurance company
There's nothing particularly bad about embrace, but there's also nothing good about them. They're an insurance company which is inherently a crappy service that makes its money by delivering the bare minimum of what you're paying for and doing everything in their power to weasel out of doing even that. I've had thousands in vet bills for an elderly dog in the last year and this policy is still barely paying me a dime back of what I've paid into it.

Thankfully, I've never had to use the insurance but the piece of mind that it's there is worth everything. My pup is still a young adult but, as he ages, I'm sure we'll need to rely on MetLife.

We submitted a claim for our dog for his cardiology appointment. As we do every year. Within 8 days they reviewed it and gave us the reimbursement. Fetch Pet has been reimbursing us as promised since our initial claim, in a timely manner, for the last 4 years. I’m so pleased we chose Fetch Pet!

Vet Tech’s Approval
I’ve had spot for about a year and a half now and they have been great. I like the multiple options for deductibles and reimbursement percentage, and I like that I am reimbursed within a week or 2 of filing the claim. I also like that there’s a multitude of options for your specific plan and a lot of of the options fit within someone’s budget. They are extremely affordable while also providing the owner with coverage that is more than the bare minimum.Every time I call, they refer to my pet by name and ask how he’s doing and overall seem like they genuinely care about the pet when I do have questions or concerns. They’re also very eager to help and get to the bottom of any problems. From a vet tech perspective they are also great! They’re due diligence with following up on a claim is extremely timely and they are specific with their requests.
