I’ve had multiple claims and every time it was seamless. I have recommended you many times including on social media. In our dog Boomer you covered a mystery illness (1300), exploration for breathing issues that required his nose to be scoped (3000) and most recently to torn CCLs (7000 range). Boomer is only 8. The insurance has been the best thing we ever purchased. Anyone especially getting a puppy is crazy not to invest in pet insurance. It’s not a question of if you will need it. It’s a matter of when.
Trupanion's claims customer service and overall process is the best I've ever experienced! They were easy to work with and my claim and payment was processed surprisingly fast, for which I'm very grateful.
