Long time to resolve

First claim had not been received before second one arrived. Talked to First claim mailed was not received by the time the second one arrived. Talk to nice lady on the phone and she told me where to send an email with first claim. Sat for awhile before it said seeking information. Took long to say pending review. Then took awhile to say what I was receiving. Don’t know how long it takes to get a check but still waiting. Don’t want bank information on internet so still waiting for snail mail.
