Shelly was amazing and answered all of my questions. The process was quick, easy, and she addressed my issue directly and handled it efficiently. My pet insurance policy abruptly cancelled, but Shelly explained why it cancelled and got me signed back up within one phone call. She was very nice and informative.

Amanda answered my call and spoke with me for almost 45 minutes about my policy. I have never had pet insurance before and did not know anything about it, and she was very transparent and helped me through everything. She answered all of my questions with more detail than I was looking for, and helped me to understand everything clearly. I was nervous about being told to simply buy the most expensive plan possible, but she explained what would work best for me based on what I need and am looking for with my new puppy Mac. I now can say I feel fully confident in my decision to go with Fetch, and I know if I need anything Amanda will be able to help!

I am most impressed with the service…end of life care
I am most impressed with the service when I had to make a huge decision to euthanize my 2 yr old dog with birth defects. upon notification of Pooh's passing, they immediately stopped charging my credit card, sent a card and followed up with a personal call. I totally forgot to cancel the policy and when I logged in, it was already managed. I felt cared for by people I have never met. Personal, caring, customer service!!!! I am still using them for my other dog and would recommend this insurance to anyone.
