Healthy Paws is all you could ask for...
Recently my precious Chihuahua, Toby, had a terrible accident and broke his leg. It was a severe break and required a difficult orthopedic surgery with a plate and six screws to repair his tiny bones. I was terribly worried about him and would do anything in the world to help my little love bug get back to health. One thing I did not have to worry about through it all was the bills that were being incurred for his surgery, treatments, meds, etc. This is my second time having to use Toby's pet insurance (the first incident was nowhere as severe, yet still expensive) and Healthy Paws has been very prompt with communications regarding my claims and the reimbursements - they cover everything that they say they will, never a hassle. As a matter of fact, I submitted a claim yesterday via the mobile app (which is absolutely awesome) after leaving the vet for a treatment and got confirmation today that the claim is fully processed and my reimbursement is on its way! The staff at Healthy Paws is fantastic!!! They are very helpful, caring and just really great people to work with. They even follow up with you to check on your pet to see how things are going. I can't say enough positive things about this pet insurance. I did my homework and was pretty sure I selected the best pet insurance for Toby, but they have confirmed my decision 10 times over. I am extremely happy with Healthy Paws and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for pet insurance for their furry loved one... It's the best one out there.

Great service!
Initially hated paying for pet insurance, but it really has come in handy when we've had to have a few procedures done on our dog. Without Trupanion, we would have been out over $4K. With Trupanion, all I had to pay was the deductible and 10% of the costs which saved us a lot of money!

When I got my puppy from the breeder he recommended Embrace as the best place to get pet insurance. He suggested I get this day one because Bulldogs usually have lots of issues. I never had pet insurance but I am sure glad I got Embrace. They are super friendly, easy to reach and pay super quick. I only wish my human medical insurance was as good this !

I was never sure on pet insurance until my dog needed surgery. I am so grateful to Trupanion and will never be without pet insurance now. If it wasn't for pet insurance I would never have been able to afford the surgery. My dog is alive today thanks to Trupanion. They didn't put any limits on the treatment she was allowed and there was no max on how much they covered.

Great experience
My Bengal cat hurt his paw & needed blood work, x-rays & medication because of this. After having Trupanion for two years with no incident, I was pleasantly surprised at how fast they responded to the two claims that my veterinarian submitted for me. Within two weeks, claims were reviewed. As promised, 90% of what they said they would cover, they did. I was just informed that my reimbursement checks were in the mail. They were very courteous & professional when I first called to find out what I needed to do for a claim. I highly recommend Trupanion.
