Positively best choice choosing Healthy Paws...
I was looking at a number of Pet Insurance options, I was even wondering if it was worth getting... A few months after I had selected Healthy Paws, my dog had some stomach issues, needed some medicine, a few exams etc. Not a terrible amount so I didn't rush to submit claims... Not longer after she had a growth that the doctor insisted be removed. I had it done with no hesitation but in the back of mind worried how it would be done with the insurance...Not more than a week after I submitted the claim, I received the reimbursement for all the expenses. (It probably would have been faster but it took me a day or two to get a copy of the records). To top it off, a few days later I even received an e-mail checking up on my pup, this just made my experience all the more positive. I strongly recommend Healthy Paws to anyone who is considering getting pet insurance.

Embrace Saved The Day
Duke, our 14 month old Great Dane/Boxer Mix we adopted was in the ER Hospital due to GI issues 3 different times within a 2 1/2 week span. After extensive tests, Duke had ate the covering off a toy and it was stuck in his lower intestine, it passed thankfully. He did not have surgery, but the vet bills accumulated to over $4500. We had just passed our starting coverage period and I was not sure Embrace would come through, but they did with no problems. We are so thankful to have Embrace Insurance, they have been a wonderful company to work with and we are so pleased with there timeliness of response in working claims. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Cat Care for hyperthyroidism
The only reason this company does not get a 10 is that they do not cover teeth cleaning. Other than that they are the best . I haven't been paid on the highest claim yet, but they will cover per telcon.

Very happy with my choice of trupanion for my pets
I have 4 pets with coverage. I've had minor things happen, and lately a bigger deal when my dog was diagnosed with hemmorhagic gastritis and vomiting. We had him to the vet several times for everything from diagnosing, treating, hydrating, ultrasounds, special diets, and internal medicine consults. We are arond a $1,300.00 bill so far, and not done yet. After submitting a very simple form after each visit, we were re-ibursed 90%. That's it. It was that simple. No arguments or hidden problems, just our money back. I've had the same experience every time I've submitted a claim. No hassles, no questions, no worries. The only drawback I can see is that my dog will require a more expensive prescription diet for life, and the insurance only covers 50% of that cost and only two months of coverage is allowed. That's kind of frustrating, Very, very happy with the coverage over all though. Took the stress out of giving my pup the things he needs to get better. I highly recommend this company.

Fantastic organization
This was my first year with Healthy Paws. What a nice group of people. They actually care enough to follow up with email after my four legged family member got sick and treated by her doctor. This kind of outstanding practice is unheard of in insurance industry. Unlike the previous company, claim process is simple and is handled incredibly quickly. People at Healthy Paws actually care and that means much more than the reimbursement from the claim.

I am so very glad that I have pet insurance. I was not totally convinced at first as I was informed that my puppy was from an excellent breed. However, "murphy's law" showed up and I have not regretted my decision since. I highly recommend everyone to get pet insurance simply because our pets are our family.
