I was originally very happy, but then put in a claim.
I was originally very happy with Prudent until I had to file a claim. They are the cheapest by far but you get what you pay for. They made it difficult to file a claim and they did not cover the actual vet visit for an emergency puncture wound. So read the fine print as they seem to be well versed in hiding what they don’t cover.

The company lied about coverage and refunded their premium money when they didn’t want to stand by their policy. I have already filed a complaint with the California department of insurance regarding this.

Highly Recommend
I've had Embrace for over four years for my cat Buttercup. The payments have always been timely, the coverage includes a wellness benefit and the customer support is exceptional. And, the premiums were reasonable and I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't Increase significantly with an aging cat. In fact, the coverage was so extraordinary, we were able to proactively address most issues before they became significant. Buttercup recently crossed the rainbow bridge due to an aggressive cancer. I had just renewed her policy. I was surprised and comforted by the support Embrace gave us through this transition. Everything was covered, even in home euthanasia and the emergency visit to the vet where we received the diagnosis. And, although I didn't expect it, the prorated premium we just paid was refunded less than a week later. That premium will be saved for the next furbaby we adopt to acquire a new Embrace account. Thank-you so very much Embrace for a great experience in good times and bad.
