Exceeded my expectations
I was hesitant to get pet insurance because my 5 year old dog had always been healthy but my vet recommended looking into insurance just in case. After adopting another dog, I decided to sign them both up in February and I'm so glad I did. Both dogs had a rough year with gastro problems and I don't know what I would have done without Pet's Best. I had no problems with any of my (many) claims and the funds were deposited to my checking account in no time. I just got my renewal and I was pleased to see I wasn't "penalized" for filing claims. My premium didn't increase any more than reasonably expected (a few bucks a month). I have recommended Pet's Best to every pet owner I know.

The Best!!!!!
Wow, what a great company. Thanks to Healthy Paws, when my Zoie go sick and needed hospitalization I was comfortable she would get the treatment she needed and it wouldn't be a financial burden for me. Not only did they process the claim quickly and easily but they checked back with me to see how Zoie was doing. Very personal, I appreciate that!!!I recommend Healthy Paws to anyone and everyone I talk to.

Embrace is the Best!
Embrace Pet Insurance has been exceptional pet insurance company. I've purchased coverage for my Shiba Inu since she was 6 months old and Embrace has always and continues to exceed my expectations after 7.5 years. This past year my dog had tore both of her cranial cruciate ligaments (equivalent to human ACLs) and required two separate TPLO surgeries. If that wasn't enough, she also had urination problems and a fatty tumor. My dog has always been fairly healthy and this is the first time she's required such serious procedures. The estimated cost for 2 surgeries was over $10,000. While I've never had problems with my minor claims in the past, I was nervous given that I've heard so many pet owners with insurance horror stories, but Embrace was amazing and I didn't have any problems with my claims and receiving reimbursement. Even after I finished submitting claims for my dog's first surgery and submitted pre-certifications for her second surgery, Embrace got back to me with an approval and didn't question it at all. Embrace's plans are straight forward and more importantly they actually cover what they advertise. My pre certifications were approved and my claims were approved - all within a reasonable time and without any hassles. For all prospective customers looking to buy their pets insurance, I strongly urge you to get Embrace Pet Insurance!

Faultless coverage
It is so difficult to find a good, reliable insurance company for people let alone pets but we really struck gold with Healthy Paws!From the initial form filling everything was so easy and quick. The invoice submission process is very fast and simple and the turnaround time on paying on a claim is just as fast. We have two dogs, one is 2 the other 7, and our Healthy Paws coverage has been invaluable in this, our first year with them. I cannot recommend them more highly!!

Healthy Paws is a life saver! Superb organization.
Our one year old pup, Murray, recently had to go to the vet hospital because he was throwing up non-stop and was super dehydrated. Thankfully, after staying overnight and being on IV at the pet hospital the vet was able to run a bunch of tests and figure out what was wrong. My husband and I would have been mortified about getting the final vet bill (an overnight hospital stay is not cheap) but because we have Healthy Paws Pet Insurance we were able to breathe a sigh of relief because not only did the insurance cover 90% of the vet bill but, more importantly, we knew our little guy was getting the care he needed and going to be okay. We submitted our claim through the Healthy Paws app (it's really easy to do) and the claim was processed very quickly. A rep from Healthy Paws even reached out to us and sent Murray well wishes and hugs on behalf of the company. We are really happy with Helathy Paws and highly recommend them as your pet insurance company (they are truly superb).

I'm Glad I Picked Embrace
My six-year old husky mix developed two fat lumps recently - I contacted Embrace about having them removed - Embrace declined saying that my dog had a pre-existing condition, a small pink raised bump in her armpit that had been looked at by my vet several years ago. The bump went away on its own and never come back. I contacted Embrace about the claim denial and they said for me to have me vet send a letter sating her opinion on what the lump was. I did that but felt little hope that the outcome would be good. Most health insurance companies animal and human are in the business of making money and one way of doing this is by turning down claims using a plethora of loopholes. I have to say I was quite surprised and happy that Embrace read my vet's report and reversed their decision. I might also add that I researched the top pet insurance companies obsessively before deciding on Embrace - Glad I did - Thank You Embrace

Mufasa was seen at an emergency hospital and admitted with vomiting due to a sock that he ingested. Thankfully he passed the sock and i am so glad to tell you he is doing wonderful. Thank you so much for every thing that Trupanion has done for us.
