Embrace is Great!
Embrace is so easy to work with - they're customer service is consistently great - good attention to detail, thorough, polite and helpful. I've insure our dog Stella with Embrace for the past 6 years and we just added our new kitten Biscuit. The team I've worked with made adding another animal easy - they gave great advice regarding different coverage for different needs, saving me money...

Trupanion is the way to go!
I cannot thank Trupanion enough. We recently rescued a beautiful 5 year old Mastiff named Monty who the owners were going to put down. With no history on him we brought him to the vet and made sure he got all of his shots and a check up. He was given a clean bill of health until his blood work came back and he tested positive for heart worm. It was heart breaking but we made the decision to treat him. The first week was really rough but Monty is a fighter and three weeks after treatment he is full of life and doing great.I really didn't think the insurance was going to cover it because it was so soon after we got him and we didn't have any history on him. It make me happy to make that payment every month to know that both of my dogs will always be taken care of!

Cannot think of being with our Embrace
Our Great Dane is now 17 months old. I searched the internet for pet insurance companies and Embrace always had great reviews. They always update me whenever I send in a claim. Always easy to speak to as well. We have only had minor issues with our dogs ears and skin and Embrace has reimbursed us without any question. Happy to reccomend them to everyone.

BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!
This is the first time I have ever had pet insurance and I was kind of unsure when I got it on my maltese "Toby". Little did I know he would get sick at 1 year old. If I had not had Embrace I would have had to put him down because I could not have afforded the care he needed. Thank you Embrace Melissa Collie and Toby

Wonderful experience!
We signed up with Healthy Paws after adopting our puppy as they were recommended to us as being the best insurance company. A month after we got our puppy Cocoa, she hurt her knee and needed surgery. It was a tough time for us, but having Healthy Paws made things that much easier. After Cocoa's procedures, I scanned in all her vet's medical records and invoices for our claim. Within a day, Healthy Paws emailed us to let us know they needed the records from the hospital but that they were happy to call the hospital and obtain them for us. Since this was our first claim, they mentioned it may take a little longer to process, but we had our reimbursement check in our hands within 2 weeks after the claim. Everything was covered that they said would be. There were no questions asked. We also received an email from Healthy Paws a few weeks afterwards to check in on Cocoa. Based on their efficiency and professionalism, I would highly recommend Healthy Paws!

Reimburse fairly promptly
We got ins 7 yrs ago through Embrace for all four of our cats, age range 5-10 yrs. Unfortunately our oldest developed severe arthiritis/lameness shortly after getting her on a plan. Fortunately however it wasnt preexsisting as I'm not sure if she would have been insureable. My experiences with them have been good through the years, always very friendly staff.

After being with the so called Wellness plan that Benfield offers, we were more than impressed with the service that we have received since we switched to ASPCA. So impressed that we have encouraged our Daughter to enroll her dog. ASPCA was highly recommend by our Vet office. Our youngest dog has had many issues since we got this insurance and I am pleased to say that they were very prompt in getting our claim handled. So Thank you so much ASPCA for your promptness and dedication to your customers.
