Over-the-Moon for Healthy Paws!
My 4-month old puppy Pepper got seriously ill after we sprayed our yard for ticks. We had to rush her to the Emergency Clinic where they had to keep her overnight to run several tests and give her all fluids and various medications intravenously. They sent us home on a Sunday with 4 different medications. I submitted the claim on Monday and they completed their review on Wednesday! In addition to the efficient and speedy claims processing, I received a personal email from them on Sunday asking how our little Pepper was! This wasn't one of those emails that automatically goes out after a few days--it even referenced what had happened to Pepper and told me to give her a hug from Healthy Paws! This level of customer service is rare--I was a VPI client for almost 14 years with my previous dog (may she rest), and never did I get an email like that. Human medical insurance companies could learn a thing or two from Healthy Paws! It's no wonder they are consistently rated one of the best pet insurance companies out there. Their insurance packages are, themselves, impressive enough--but that kind of customer service is really second to none. As other reviewers have said, they really treat their clients like family.

Amazing
I took my dog to the vet because he had been sneezing and I was shocked to learn that he had nasal cancer. I was told without treatment, he would have 3 months to live. Or I could opt for the very expensive treatment and he would have a few more years. So far the vet bills have been over $13k, and there have been no hold ups or issues with the Embrace insurance at all. They even are covering acupuncture and herbal treatments. It's easier to use than my personal health insurance. I highly recommend Embrace.

I have had no complaints. Customer service, claim processing, and communication have been above and beyond my expectations. Even when there was an error on Embraces's part with a withdrawal,..I can't even call it a complaint. It was a mistake and it was handled efficiently and quickly and my money was immediately deposited. No problems here at all, I have urged several friends to contact embrace and they are as happy as I am.

I'm a believer......
I used to believe that pet insurance was a waste of money. Not any more. We lost our golden retriever Lexi quickly , devastating and very expensive. When we were ready to adopt again I started looking at pet insurance. I spent weeks comparing and finally settle in Embrace. I have to say they have not disappointed. My claims are processed quickly and efficiently. I love that they communicate with me at every step. This is worth it.

Great Investment!
Trupanion is always easy to work with, they are great about getting back to you quickly. My claims have always been paid within a couple days. It is so worth paying the small monthly premium to have to peace of mind when something major does happen. Without Trupanion I would have had to euthanize two of my pets purely because of financial reasons. I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The only Pet Insurance I would consider.
My one year old French Bulldog recently needed soft palate surgery and also surgery on his nose for Bracheocephalic Syndrome, something that can happen often with this breed. Healthy Paws was one of the few insurances that did not exclude this syndrome. Pierce had his surgery (and is doing great). I emailed the insurance a couple of times to make sure I was sending them the right information and had replies within an hour. When I had to call the company, the person I talked to was so kind and helpful. It was a pleasant experience. Filing my claim through their website was so easy and my claim was processed and I received my payment within one week. It would be so nice if medical insurance companies could be this great!

I appreciated that trupanion was able approve and process my claim at the vet's office so I only had to pay the balance. I called to discuss my claim on a Saturday and was connected right away with a representative who was able to answer my questions. Thanks for being awesome!

So thankful for Healthy Paws
We could not be happier with Healthy Paws. We have all 3 of our dogs covered, and at first did not know what to expect. When I submitted our first claim, I couldn't believe how quickly it was processed and how easy it was. The mobile app makes things even easier. Customer service is great as well, and I always feel like they care about my pet and what we are going through. One of my dogs developed an autoimmune disease, and I am so grateful that we had this insurance, because autoimmune diseases are difficult to diagnose and consists of a lot of diagnostic testing. The treatment is often long term, and it's very comforting to know that my dog can receive the treatment and care she needs, and we can focus on getting her better rather than worry about the financial hardships. I am always amazed at how quickly the claims are processed, and that the coverage is exactly as they state. Claims can be approved as quickly as the same day. No hidden exclusions or fine print that keep our loved pets from getting the treatment they need. Even holistic and alternative treatment is accepted, which amazes me. I am so happy to have Healthy Paws to protect our "kids". It gives us piece of mind and extreme comfort to know that we have them on our side. Personal touches like emails and phone calls make us feel even more like they are on our side, and not against us. My friends and coworkers always joke that I must be working for them on the side, for how much I praise them and recommend them all the time. But I just love them that much! I highly recommend this insurance for all pet owners.
