Fast and reliable service
I have now been paying pet insurance for over 8 years but I was always skeptical whether or not this was worthy since my dog was healthy and doesn't have any major issues. Now that my dog is 9 yrs old and that she's getting some issues, I found that the multiple claims I had filed were processed quickly and one small misunderstanding was made about a deductible that was taken off was solved just from a phone call.Josée

Amazing Service
First I would like to say I have never written a review for any product or company, but after my experience with Healthy Paws Pet Insurance I was compelled to do so. My English bulldog tore the tendons in both his knees and needed major surgery. The staff at Healthy Paws were kind courteous and caring .The claim was completed in less then a week ,this company is everything it says it is and more. I wish my health insurance company treated me this well. G Cardinale

So pleased with our experiences with Healthy Paws!
Our dog tore her CCL's in both legs. Healthy paws did a great job of quickly processing our claim after her first surgery, and even made contact afterwards to check on how our dog's recovery was going. It's nice to feel like the company that is helping us pay for her surgery actually cares about how she is doing :)

No regrets!
Our puppy had, unknown to us, a deformed rear leg hip bone at the head of the bone. Thank the heavens we had Pet's Best insurance! Pet's Best covered everything, minus our deductible, for several thousand dollars of surgery and subsequent follow-up care. You won't regret your small monthly expense when your pet needs major surgery.

fair to good coverage
Deductible 350 each incident. Better to charge monthly amount highter so there is only one deductible per year.

So happy I enrolled my dog in Healthy Paws
Healthy Paws Pet Insurance is fantastic! I've had coverage for my dog for a little over two years but hadn't had to use it until recently. I called them with questions several times after my dog's diagnosis and the employees were so kind, not just answering my questions but asking how my dog was. My dog had surgery on the 12th, I submitted an invoice on the 13th and the claim was processed on the 15th. I received my reimbursement check on the 21st. But they weren't done yet, they sent an email to find out how my dog was recovering. Wonderful customer service and the peace of mind this insurance gives me is worth every penny I spend on premiums.

Peace of Mind
It was nice to know that while my dog was in distress I didn't have to worry about the financial stress of it all I could just concentrate on her and making sure she was ok.

Vet Office submits claims for me
I am fortunate that my vet's office fills out and submits the claims for my dog Lady's insurance automatically. I have been pleased to get back money which I had left on the table, since Lady goes to the vet infrequently. I was pleasently surprised when the ASPCA insurance called to inquire about Lady.

Major surgery for infected tooth
I did not get pet health insurance till my dog was older so I knew I would not get as good a coverage as when a dog is just a puppy. I knew what I was getting into, but have been ok with what I got back. Minus 100 deductible per year, 90% coverage for 'covered conditions'. I was grateful to get that money back. It is worth the monthly premium to have my dog protected for major health and/or accident incidents. I appreciate the detailed explanation once benefits are determined. I also greatly appreciated a follow up phone call to see how my Mitzi was doing.
